Own a beautiful personalized custom 3D scale model of your home or other property. We will use your provided photos (or you can simply provide the street address and we can get the details through Google maps).
NOTE: Discounts for multiple replicas of same custom created building!
Additionally, to ensure everything meets your vision, after placing your deposit, we will create a fully detailed virtual 3D model for your review and approval. A 3D viewer to view and rotate your 3D model is included. This virtual model is yours to keep as part of this package. You will also get a custom material palette for your review and approval before building your physical model. This allows you to best visualize your final model in advance and make any adjustments.

Please let us know what you are looking for and we will advise the savings based on the number of identical models and the complexity of your model.

We will keep you in the loop during the design process, and send you digital proofs for review prior to finishing the model. We will also send video and photos of your custom building before shipping to ensure you love it. If any issue or concern was to arise we will resolve before sending the model and will take updated video and photos for your review and approval.

It has been an excellent experience working with 3D Printed Concepts to produce small replicas of an office building in New York City. My firm negotiates for clients to lease, buy or build office space; at the conclusion of a recent deal, we decided to see if a small, desktop model of the subject building could be created quickly, being completely faithful to the building design and appearance, on an economic basis. That’s when we found 3D Printed Concepts . . . they knew what we were talking about and how to use the photographs and plans we gave him to craft a model that was an exact likeness of the building, right down to the rooftop AC compressors. During the process - which only took a few weeks to complete - he also presented us with choices of the finish we wanted, the heft and feel of the models, right down to what we wanted each maquette to weigh. When the models arrived, we were delighted with them, as was our client. Traditionally, “deal gifts” have been lucite blocks containing miniature copies of a document; those required the imagination of a newt, and usually ended up in a storage box - or worse. Dan has enabled us to present clients with a tangible representation of the result of our collaboration with each client, of which we are all proud. I would add that, as a collector of small building models for several decades, the quality of the product that 3D Printed Concepts delivers is first rate.
